Nothing shows on my storefront

This one symptom has several separate causes, and any of them alone is enough to hide everything Hype Bundles does. Work down this list in order — it is the order support works through it, cheapest check first. Most stores are fixed by the first three.
1. Is the app embed on?
Hype Bundles runs on your storefront only when its Hype app embed is enabled in your theme.
- Go to Online Store → Themes in your Shopify admin.
- Click Customize on the theme your customers see.
- Open App embeds in the left sidebar.
- Confirm Hype is toggled on.
- Click Save — an embed toggled on but not saved does nothing.
Full steps: Enable the app embed.
2. Is it on the theme your customers actually see?
Enabling the embed on a duplicate or unpublished theme is the second most common cause. Check that the theme you just edited is the published one under Online Store → Themes.
Then check the other half: open Settings → Theme in Hype Bundles and confirm the theme selected there is the published theme too. That setting is what the app's embed status card reports on. If it points at a different theme, the card will tell you the embed is off when it is on, or the reverse.
Demo themes cannot be checked at all — Shopify does not expose their settings to apps, so the status card cannot verify them. On a demo theme, trust the theme editor, not the card.
3. Is the campaign, offer or cart still a draft?
A draft never renders, whatever else is configured. Open it in Hype Bundles and confirm it is active or published, not a draft, and that it is not scheduled to start in the future or already past its end date.
Both things must be true at once: the embed enabled and the item active. Support sees this weekly — one of the two is nearly always the answer.
4. Are the storefront blocks placed where you expect them?
The app embed loads Hype on every page; it does not by itself put anything in a particular place. Anything that appears in a specific spot — a banner, a price block, a progress bar, a gift picker — is a block you add in the theme editor, on the template where you want it.
- In the theme editor, open the template concerned (product, collection, cart, home).
- Add the Hype block in the section where it belongs.
- Save.
Two traps here:
- Multiple templates. Many themes have more than one product template. A block added to
productdoes not appear on products usingproduct.alternate. Add it to every live template you use. - Block identifiers. Where a block asks you to paste an identifier from the Hype Bundles admin, copy the whole value. A partially copied identifier produces a block that renders nothing and reports no error.
5. Clear the cache and hard-refresh
Hype serves storefront data through a cache that clears itself every 10 minutes, and Shopify caches your storefront pages on its own CDN. A change you just made can take a few minutes to reach shoppers.
- In Hype Bundles, go to Settings → Cache and click Clear Cache, if your app has that section.
- Hard-refresh the storefront: Cmd+Shift+R on macOS, Ctrl+F5 on Windows.
- Try an incognito window, which rules out your own browser cache.
See Changes take a while to appear for what is cached where, and how long each layer holds on.
6. Check it as a shopper, not as yourself
- Open the storefront in a private window, logged out.
- If your store has password protection on, confirm you are past it.
- If the offer targets a market, a country or a customer segment, check from a session that qualifies. A market-targeted offer will not appear to you if your own session resolves to a different market.
7. Still nothing?
Send support these five things and it usually takes one reply instead of five:
- Your store URL and the exact page URL where it should appear.
- The name of the campaign, offer or cart.
- A screenshot of the theme editor's App embeds list.
- A screenshot or recording of the storefront page.
- Whether it is your published theme or a preview.
Support may ask for collaborator access so it can look at the theme directly — see Getting help.
