How pricing works

Hype Bundles is billed every 30 days on the number of paid orders your store took in that cycle, not on revenue and not on how much you used the app. There are four tiers. The first is free.

How your tier is decided

Every 30-day cycle starts a fresh count. Hype counts the paid orders your store takes during that cycle and bills the cycle at the highest tier the count reaches.

Take 80 paid orders in a cycle and you pay nothing.
Take 240 and the cycle is billed at Starter, $19.
Take 240 and then climb to 600 before the cycle ends, and the cycle is billed at Growth, $39 — the Starter charge already posted is part of that total, not on top of it. The charges add up to the tier price, never more.

Within a cycle a tier only ever goes up. Cancelling or refunding orders later in the cycle does not move it back down. See Busy months and tier changes.

$79 is the ceiling

$79 per 30-day cycle is the most Hype Bundles can charge you, no matter how many orders you take. It is also the maximum amount Shopify shows you on the approval screen when you subscribe, because Shopify requires a stated limit for usage-based charges.

What counts, and what does not

Only paid online orders in the cycle count. Cancelled orders and point-of-sale orders are not counted. It makes no difference whether an order used a Hype offer — the count is your store's order volume, which is why the number on the Plan page matches what you already know about your store. The free tier is not a trial

Staying at or under 100 paid orders a cycle is free indefinitely. Nothing expires and nothing switches on later. If you cross 100 for one busy month and drop back, the next cycle is free again.

The Plan page in Hype Bundles shows the paid orders counted in the current cycle, the tier that puts you in, the next charge and its date, and the full price table under All prices. Charges already posted are listed under Billing history.
